Homemade Gym Stuff: Lookin' For A New Workout?

I know, I know...
HMGS: Love 'em or Hate'em
T-Nation/T-Mag/Testosterone's IBB.

People love to hate it as a site, but their IBB is the first program I've seen where not only is it all laid out for you; they also guide you through it with exceptional quality vids. Why no-one has done/thought of this before is beyond me. Product placement and Thib's 'Ah-nold' voice-over aside - these vids are a good introduction to the movements, exercises & protocols.
So before you make judgement, have a look, something may pique your interest!
