I know - I'm just a T-Nation ho, but I had twenty minutes to kill; so I added a little wake-up NCT bout in to the mix, before today's Matrix workout.
5-6 rounds, max 5 'good' reps each ex., drop rep count when last rep is poorer than preceding one. Workout no longer than 20 minutes but don't rush to next exercise in sequence. You should feel energised not fatigued/tired.
