Homemade Gym Stuff: Loaded Carries with Gymboss

Trying out some loaded carries a la:

Using the Gymboss for Cluster set timing (1 rep every 10 secs [max 7 reps])
and also for the carries 3x 1 min work, with 1 min rest in between...
 
Much easier than looking at the clock - & no slacking off!
