Homemade Gym Stuff: Biceps, Kaatsu (Occlusion) & Tabata

Simple but effective:

  • Take your knee wraps and wrap them at the top of your arm, tight into the armpit.
  • Set your GymBoss at 8 rounds of 20 on/10 off
  • Pick up some fairly manageable dumbells
  • Curl(20) Rest (10) Repeat
