Simple but effective:
- Take your knee wraps and wrap them at the top of your arm, tight into the armpit.
- Set your GymBoss at 8 rounds of 20 on/10 off
- Pick up some fairly manageable dumbells
- Curl(20) Rest (10) Repeat
