Homemade Gym Stuff: Get a grip for the take-down

Grab a towel (or Gi if you is posh) and start mixed grip rowing/doing pulldowns with it;

Remember to use 'em for your pullups/chins too!
 


Do your towel gripwork at the end of your workout and keep your nails short to avoid rippin' them off!
